N.E.W.S.™ is a global, systemic and result-oriented process. It is designed to assist individuals, managers and executives in navigating through difficult situation, to accompany and coach them in achieving their unique potential for greatness and fulfillment within the organization context. 

This model is used to guide managers and executives to:

Coaching Timeline
